Welcome to Smoozely (smoozely.com). By browsing or placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject to your applicable consumer rights.

Products. We offer Cloud-Silk™ sleep masks and silk pillowcases. Product details, available colours and sizes are shown on each product page.

Orders and payment. Prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise. Orders are confirmed by email after payment is processed through Shopify checkout.

Shipping. Shipping methods, costs and available delivery estimates are presented at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for more information.

Returns and product issues. For hygiene reasons, opened sleep masks are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Pillowcase return eligibility is confirmed by our support team before any item is sent back. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email support@smoozely.com with your order number and photos as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable law.
